Join us for a reading by the renowned New York-based photographer, filmmaker and writer. Davey’s practice weaves literary history and autobiography with the world of ideas, using the process of reading itself to facilitate a process of self-scrutiny and critical re-examination. Coinciding with her new exhibition at Tate Liverpool, Davey’s talk provides an insight into her artistic life and motivations, tracing the relationships between her photographs and film works.
